Information We Collect
When you create an account, place an order, or contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, order details, and messages.
How We Use and Share Information
We use this information to process payments, arrange deliveries, provide customer service, and maintain business records. We share information needed for these services with our payment processor, our fulfillment supplier AzureGreen, shipping carriers, and providers supporting our website and email. For example, AzureGreen receives the recipient and delivery details needed to ship your order. We may also disclose information when required by law. We do not sell customer information or mailing lists.
Payments
Payments are processed through PayPal. We do not store your full payment card number in our store database. PayPal handles payment information under its own privacy policy and provides us with transaction details needed to manage your order. Please do not send card details or passwords by email.
Account and Order Emails
We send emails relating to your account, purchases, and customer service requests. If you subscribe to a newsletter, you can change your newsletter preferences in your customer account.
Cookies
The store uses cookies to support functions such as your shopping cart and signed-in session. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking them may prevent parts of the store from working.

You can review and update account details by signing into My Account. For questions about your information, or to request correction or deletion, contact hello@samreadsyourjourney.com. Some records may need to be retained for order administration, accounting, legal obligations, or resolving disputes.
Security
We take precautions to protect customer information, but no website or method of transmitting or storing information can be guaranteed completely secure.
