Welcome to Sam Reads Your Journey. Please review the following information before placing an order.
Orders and Availability
Products are subject to availability. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not guarantee that every item is available. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you about the available options, including a refund for any canceled items. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.
Prices and Product Information
Prices are listed in US dollars. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. We work to keep descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but errors may occur. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding with any correction that changes what you pay or receive. If we cancel your order, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled order.
Payment and Fulfillment
Payment is processed through PayPal. Orders are submitted for fulfillment after payment is received. Products are shipped directly by our fulfillment supplier, AzureGreen.
Changes and Cancellations
To request a change or cancellation, email hello@samreadsyourjourney.com as soon as possible and include your order number. We will check whether the request can still be accommodated. Once fulfillment has begun, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible. Shipped orders are handled under our Shipping & Returns policy.
Shipping and Returns
Please review our Shipping & Returns page for delivery information, return requests, and instructions for reporting damaged, incorrect, or missing items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time a refund takes to appear depends on the payment provider and your financial institution.
Natural Products
Natural stones and crystals may vary in color, pattern, shape, and size. Unless a listing states that you will receive the exact item pictured, photographs are representative of the product.
Product Use
Follow product labels and safety instructions. Descriptions of traditional or spiritual uses express beliefs and practices; they do not promise particular results. Products and spiritual information offered here are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease or replace professional care.
