At Sam Reads Your Journey, each consultation reserves time especially for you. This policy provides flexibility for clients while respecting the preparation and time devoted to each appointment.
Booking Details
The consultation type, duration, price, format, and payment arrangements will be provided before you complete your booking. Your confirmation will specify the appointment date, time, and time zone.
Consultations are available to adults aged 18 and older.
Cancellations With at Least 24 Hours’ Notice
If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you may choose either a full refund or free rescheduling, subject to appointment availability.
Cancellations With Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice
If you contact us less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you may reschedule once at no additional charge. Payment will transfer to the replacement appointment, and no refund will be provided except for emergency exceptions described below.
This courtesy rescheduling is available once per paid booking. Any further change will be considered individually and is not guaranteed.
Missed Appointments
If you do not attend your appointment and do not contact us before its scheduled start time, payment is forfeited. No refund or complimentary rescheduling will be provided, except where an emergency exception is granted.
Emergency Exceptions
Accidents, bereavement, and serious emergencies can happen unexpectedly. In these circumstances, Samuel Rice may, at his discretion, provide a full refund or make another accommodation, including for a missed appointment.
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Emergency requests will be considered individually and with compassion.
If We Cancel
If Samuel Rice needs to cancel your appointment, you may choose a full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge.

Notice is measured from the time your email is received, even if we respond later. Please retain a copy of your message.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method where possible. The time it takes for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and your financial institution.
Preparing for Your Consultation
Please review your appointment confirmation and provide any requested information needed to prepare your consultation. For astrology consultations, this may include your birth date, birth time, and birthplace. If your birth time is unknown or approximate, please let us know.
